If you are searching for a product from one of the lines on this site (perhaps a different color or a different item altogether), please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. We are always researching other lines of quality toys and gifts so we may be able to place a special order for you from various lines not currently represented on this site. Special Orders may be returned for credit only.

Shipping  
FREE SHIPPING on merchandise totaling $99 or more. Shipping is just $5.95 on orders less than $99. Free Shipping promotion applies to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Orders to international addresses, Alaska and Hawaii should contact us for a shipping quote. Items are typically shipped within two days. If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date and further instruction. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time. You must provide a street address for all orders. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us first as additional shipping fees may apply.
   
Returns
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price to the original credit card it was charged on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges unless the cost of the exchange qualifies for our shipping promotion. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and with no signs of use (all tags, inserts, and packaging in place). All returns or exchanges must be re-sellable. Credit may be withheld if an item is returned with signs of use (scuffed, dirty, ripped, stained, etc.), tags removed, packaging removed, etc. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer, unless the return is the result of our error or omission.

Returns and exchanges should be carefully repacked to avoid damage. It is strongly recommended that returns be insured in the case of damage or loss in transit as we can only issue credit for items received at our ship-to address. Also, if an item is lost or damaged in transit, it is the billing party’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier, as Out Of The Box Toys is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Contact us to be issued a return authorization number and the ship-to address. Inside the return shipment, include a brief description explaining the reason for the return/exchange and whether you would like a refund (in the original form of payment) or to exchange the item for the same or different item.
